Responsibilities & Craft Standards

What you will own day-to-day and how we evaluate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • Build and maintain marketing + product web apps in Next.js / React / TypeScript
  • Own features from UI to API, including forms, auth edges, and performance
  • Collaborate with design and founder on India-first UX for SMEs and CAs
  • Write clear PRs, fix production issues, and improve developer experience

Required Craft & Core Standards

  • Strong TypeScript and modern React (App Router experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable with CSS systems (not only Tailwind-only shops)
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, auth, and deployment on Vercel/cloud
  • Clear written communication in English; Hindi comfort is a plus

Preferred Multipliers & Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with bookkeeping, fintech, or B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or payment links
  • Prior work on accessibility and SEO for marketing sites
