Standard Milestone Escrow & Capital Protection Agreement
Eliminates advance capital risk by legally locking funds into milestone gates. Disbursements are strictly triggered by client sign-off on live staging sandboxes.
No milestone disbursement shall be demanded or released until Deliverables are deployed to an isolated client staging environment and tested against predefined acceptance criteria.
In the event of any Severity 1 or 2 defects identified during user acceptance testing (UAT), Sabrixa shall remedy all defects at zero additional cost within five (5) business days prior to milestone sign-off.
If either party terminates the agreement prior to milestone kickoff, all unallocated escrow capital is immediately refunded without punitive exit penalties.
